Why 1000 Days?

This project began with a simple question:

What would happen if we spent 1000 consecutive days intentionally creating a life of plenitude?

The word plenitude means fullness.

Not success alone. Not wealth alone.

But a rich and meaningful life filled with health, love, freedom, growth, purpose and gratitude.
